Wow, this is truly the most amazing pizza I have ever had for gluten-free. I used to be a pizza lover, but after being diagnosed with coeliac I went off pizzas as they were always like cardboard. Well tonight I got a completely different experience with a great soft dough and loaded with toppings. Me and my partner finally sampled the breakfast cobs at the weekend and were not disappointed, absolutely delicious! We also got a pizza to take home which we warmed up later in the air fryer and it was like it had just come out the pizza oven again, best pizza I've had in 9yrs since being diagnosed.
